Beyblades
Beyblades. If you don't know what they are, your first question is what is a Beyblade? A Beyblade is a high performance spinning top. Built to battle, they can be taken apart, customized, and put back together again. Even though I've never seen Beyblades (the TV show), I know quite a bit about them. The regular price of a Beyblade is six ninty-nine. I have Dragoon Storm: one of the only ones with a Left Rotation Gear. The other is Dragoon Fighter; he's the better one. I've also got five others: Seaborg 2, Wing Attacker, Wyborg, Trygle, and (my best one) Auto Change Balancer.
Every Beyblade comes with a launcher, Ripcord, instruction sheet, and the pieces (including the stickers). A Beyblade consists of a Bitchip (optional), Attack Ring, Weight Disk, Rotation Gear, and Base. These pieces can be mixed with others to make a better Beyblade. The best strategy for making a good Beyblade is to look over a Statbook and practice with your Beyblade. Launch it several times in your stadium, then try it with some obstacles if you don't have any other Beyblades.
Beyblades are in stores, sure. But, sometimes they aren't there. Believe me. I had to wait 2 weeks, checking back at stores over and over again, just to find one. I checked Target a second time and, lo and behold, the racks were full. I had to leave in a few minutes, so I didn't have enough time to look at every single one. I can remember that there were Wyborg, Dragoon Storm, the one I got, and Draciel 32. So, if you don't find them the first time, don't give up. Check back often.

Beyblades in Boxes
All regular Beyblades come in a box like this one, shown above. It's the box that belongs to Galzzly. This is a rare Beyblade. Even so, I've got one!!. This is my favorite Beyblade. Being the only one with a **** Attack on the Attack Ring, as it is one of the three with a Double Attack Ring.
Other Beyblades, like Lights and Sound types, come in different packages. These have the Beyblade placed against a cardboard background with plastic covering(like Transformers(TM) Armada). These Beyblades require batteries for the lights and sound ability to be activated. I prefer the regular ones, all the same.
There are a lot of rare Beyblades, like Draciel S (Austin has that one!), Trypio(Austin's got that one too!), and some others.
  The Different Beyblade Types
In the world of Beyblading, there are all kinds of Beyblades. There are regular ones, Hidden Spirit ones, and some others. But, there are also stat types. They are Attack, Defense, Endurance, and Combonation. Each type is represented with a spirit. Attack's spirit is Dragoon, a dragon, Defense gets Draciel. Driger takes over Endurance, while Dranzer rules over the Combonation types.
There are lots of them out there. Dranzer F, Auto-Change Balancer, Bearing Stinger, just to name a few. Some, like Gekiru-Oh, Ultimate Frostic Dranzer, and Spark Knight, are retired-not on shelves anymore. But, that doesn't mean you can't get them at all. No, you can buy some off the internet. If you aren't allowed to buy anything off the internet, like me, you're "SOL"(Shoot-Out of Luck).

BEYBLADE UPDATE
Now that you've come and read the paragraph(s) above (or I hope you did), let's move on to what you've been waiting for: my Beyblade Update.
Recently, I've been browsing ebay.com, and I found something extraordinary: the coolest looking Beyblade Weight Disks I've ever seen! If you've been to my Home page, you've seen one! That's the shark-fin design Weight Disk. Look at the two to the right. I've got two here: the top one is the Cross-Sword Weight Disk, and the bottom one is a really cool one that my friend Austin (my About PDR page provides a description of him in terms of Beyblades)told me about. This one throws sparks when it collides with another top, and it's known as the Sunfire Weight Disk. I'd have to say that my favorite (in design) Weight Disk of these two would have to be the Cross-Sword Weight Disk. I like swords a _lot_, so that would contribute to my decision.
Although I've only got a few pictures here, I've got more in the Special Beyblade Gallery. This doesn't only have Beyblade Weight Disks. No, this baby has a motherload of Beyblade things: photos, even other things that I found on Ebay. I've even got a picture of the rare ***TRYPIO***! Check it out if you don't believe me that it's full of Beyblade.
I hope you enjoy the rest of this page.

The Beyblade Gallery
I have a page full of pictures. Among this collection, there are stat rosters for several Beyblades. Some include Galeon Attacker, Bakushin-Oh(retired), and the four Dragoons. Look at them if you're interested.
